Nikrothal is a premium nickel chrome based heating alloy by KANTHAL. It has better tensile and creep strength compared to FeCr Iron based heating, which lets heating elements hold its shape better in hot condition. Nikrothal is non-magnetic, which is desirable for heater element at a lower temperature below 500 °C. Nikrothal grade starts from 40% Nickel and goes up to 80% Nickel for best heating performance.  Product forms available in round wire, flat wire, shaped wire, and stranded wire. The wire is supplied on spools, in coils, in pail pack or as straightened lengths and available with or without coating.
